French Speaking Account Management Specialist Location: Budapest (HQ in 9th district) – Service windows: M-Fri: 8AM-6PM - 1-2 days of office presence per month Training period: more in-office presence required Client: An American company supporting its clients in the management of electronic contracts across 180 countries.

Requirements:

Residence permit or EU citizenship

Highschool degree

Fluent French and English language skills

Relevant experience in customer service, particularly in subscription management, account maintenance, sales support, billing, or contract management, is an advantage.

Collaborative, flexible, and dynamic personality

Strong and transparent communication skills

Capability to review, comprehend, and resolve complex issues

Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in uncertain situation

If you join them, your responsibilities will be:

Mediation between the client and customers; sales support and client account management.

Provides customer support through telephone, email, and chat services; promptly escalates issues when specialized skills or additional capabilities are needed

Handles the resolution of customer issues, including complex account, subscription, and billing scenarios, supporting subscription management.

Achieves and surpasses Customer Support service level goals and KPIs.

Collaborates with internal teams (Sales, Billing, etc. ) to expedite issue resolution on behalf of the customer.
