
Accounts Payable Assistant (part-time position 4 hours/day)
We are looking for an AP assistant for our multinational client, which is one of the global market leaders within the FMCG sector. This is a fixed term 6-month-long opportunity with ASAP starting date!
As an AP assistant, you will be responsible for:
Checking the correctness of invoices according to the Hungarian legislation (VAT Act);
Annotating important details of invoices (date, amount, order number, etc. ) for the accounting team;
Scanning them into the appropriate SAP module;
Archiving invoices according to the required standard Elvárások / Requirements
