
AP / AR Process Expert
Are you passionate about optimizing processes and improving system efficiency? Join our multinational client’s team as an AP/AR Process Expert (Senior Cash Flow Analyst) and drive impactful improvements in Shared Services operations.
Manage and optimize Order-to-Cash and Requisition-to-Pay processes and systems.
Collaborate with Shared Services Operations and Functional Groups (e. g. , Commercial, Global Supply Management) to analyze needs and propose solutions.
Support ERP transformation projects and assist in budget planning for efficiency gains.
Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory laws.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to enhance system and process knowledge.
Lead or support project charter development, defining budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
Drive Change Management and Communication efforts to ensure smooth transitions.
Partner with Business Process Engineering for process improvements and global standardization.
Work with Customer Relationship Managers to maintain service delivery Heat Maps and develop SLAs for new services.
Travel Required: Less than 10% Elvárások / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, and compliance
Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Fluent English knowledge
Experience in Shared Service Centers
Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies
Strong project management skills
Transformation experience in Finance
Strong Communication & Influence – Facilitate discussions, negotiate, present, and write effectively
