Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Issue invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly.
• Manage sales orders, ensuring timely conversion and resolution.
• Collaborate with teams for order approval and dispute resolution.
• Work with partners and finance managers to achieve goals.
• Validate billing information and adhere to customer requirements.
• Distribute invoices electronically.
• Assist in resolving billing disputes and handle phone queries.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and reporting.
• Provide backup for Credit and Collections.
• Assist in other finance functions as needed.

Elvárások / Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in collection, billing, cash application
• University degree
• Fluent English language knowledge
• SAP/NetSuite experience is advantage
