Architecture Designer

Manage client requests and integrate them into design drawings
Propose design modifications to optimize costs while adhering to codes and client specifications
Oversee the design schedule and quality, ensuring alignment with project needs
Collaborate with design institutes and conduct drawing reviews
Support local marketing initiatives and contribute to market expansion efforts
Assist in coordinating with other construction disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical) Elvárások / Requirements
Bsc or Msc degree in architecture or a related field
Hungarian Architect's License
3 + years of experience in an Architecture / Designer role
Fluent Hungarian
Fluent English or Chinese language
Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, etc.
Familiarity with Hungarian and EU building regulations, codes, and standards
Portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples
Strong teamwork, communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology is a plus Amit nyújtunk / Benefits
