• Supervising partners within the specified regional area (depots, subcontractors)
• Regularly visiting partners to partners to foster strong relationships, address concerns, and provide support to achieve business goals
• Continuous supervision of the existing and potential partner base
• Preparation of daily and weekly reports, their verification, and ensuring compliance with performance-based indicators
• Conducting regular training on company developments for partners
• Preparing and monitoring contracts and invoices related to the region
• Close cooperation with other departments to maximize efficiency

• Experience in a similar position (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or freight forwarding)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable and precise work both independently and in a team
• Active communication-level proficiency in English
