• Leading a group of sales consultants.
• Reporting to sales manager.
• Training, providing feedback and doing field days with sales consultants.
• Developing sales and marketing strategies to meet business targets.
• Regular sales analysis.
• Cooperation with other departments of the company.
• Responsible for individual HORECA customers not belonging to chains (individual hotels, individual restaurants, individual catering companies and other).
• Organizing business meetings, presentations of Bidfood assortment.
• Controlling of timely payments from customers.

• Leadership experience.
• Structured mindset.
• Positive attitude, success orientation, proactivity and initiative approach.
• Perfect business-, communication-, and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility and ability to manage stress.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or working in food service.
• Passion for gastronomy.
• Good organization skills.
• Hungarian and advanced level of English.
• Computer skills on advanced level (Excel, Word).
• Driver's license cat. B.
• College degree.
