The B2B Pipeline and Business Process Manager is responsible for lead nurturing activities in B2B segment. This role involves planning, executing and development initiatives to reach many and better quality leads for B2B segments. The manager works closely with B2B sales and marketing and with cross-functional teams. ,
- Plan, execute and continuous development of lead gathering activities in order to work with as many and better quality leads as possible for the sales and marketing area.
- Build, execute and improve innovative lead nurturing activities in B2B segments (hunting/farming/renew/CRM lead management activities).
- Continuous analysis and improvement of the quality of leads.
- Develop and maintenance of reports and dashboards for B2B Management (Sales and Marketing), plan and implement of analyzes related to lead and pipeline management in order to continuously improve the business process, mine and deliver insights related to sales performance.
- Prepare sales review materials and support the explanation of sales performance, produce forecast reports.
- Develop and maintenance of lead and pipeline processes, continuous simplification and improvement of sales processes.
- Maintenance, simplification, automation and continuous development and improvement of lead to contract business/sales processes.
- Production and delivery of data necessary for the creation of sales/marketing objectives and performance analysis.
- Management of projects related to Lead and Pipeline management and lead to contract processes, performance of the tasks in the project and, where appropriate, their coordination, preparation of management information and summaries.
- Make and present presentations in relation to tasks, project management statuses, or decision requests and collect the necessary information.
- Knowledge of the pipeline management system, support and, if necessary, professional leadership role in its replacement.
- Knowledge of lead to contract processes, their business representation and leading role in their development.
- „Ownership” of the pipeline management tool (salesforce.com).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree;
- Relevant 2-3 years experience in Pipeline Management, CRM system, Marketing. Knowledge of Salesforce pipeline management tool and telecommunications industry is advantage;
- Analytical skills, analytical thinking;
- Good coordination and project management skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge;
- Precise, accurate work, multitasking;
- Customer-oriented thinking and working;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
- Hardworking attitude and eager to learn;
- Autonomous way of work;
- Active, doer, practical approach.
