About the team: 

Deloitte CFO Services unifies the definition of the functional strategy for the finance department, the detailed design of the organization, processes and the implementation of the enabling systems. We support CFOs in transforming their finance function, while ensuring that the organization continues to perform its core accounting and reporting duties effectively and efficiently at all times.

• At least 2 years of experience in Finance or management accounting roles at banks, insurance companies or other financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• General understanding of financial statements (e. g. : BS, P&L, CF table).
• General understanding of key finance processes such as budgeting, financial close, consolidation, management and regulatory reporting.
• General understanding of banking products e. g. loans, cash management, factoring.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal communication skills, professional presence, and written communication skills essential to interacting with clients and subject matter expert teams.
• Self-motivated, strong team player, proactive and confident personality.
• Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required.
