Skills and Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in presales, bid management, contract/resource management, project management, or customer relationship services.
• Fluency in English.
• Profound understanding of contracts and resource management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Dynamics is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

, [Ensure contracts are created and amended in a timely manner, providing support to the sales team throughout the process. , Work closely with various teams to facilitate contract issuance and guide them through the signing and processing stages. , Foster collaboration among different departments to advance deal pursuits, engaging stakeholders and removing obstacles. , Provide support to the sales team by overseeing contract creation and amendments across different contract types. , Use Microsoft templates and tools to draft contracts, obtain approvals, and make updates as needed. , Manage the pre-sales process and track deals from bidding to execution. , Prioritize urgent contracts and resolve suspended requests efficiently. , Coordinate with the project management team to address resource and technical requirements, creating effective plans to support the bidding process. , Manage approval processes and communicate deal statuses through reports. , Maintain queue organization, provide project updates, and ensure a smooth handover process from sales to delivery. ] Requirements: Excel, PowerPoint, Degree, MS Office, MS Dynamics Additionally: International projects, Sport subscription, Cafeteria, Friendly atmosphere, In-house trainings, Modern office.
