We are seeking a proactive and skilled Building and Garden Maintenance Worker to oversee the maintenance and management of our facilities.

This role involves managing building systems, ensuring the upkeep of gardens, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all users.

This role also includes supporting events as part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of building facilities
• Garden management (with a separate gardening service provider during spring to fall)
• Building access control
• Event support (approximately 3 times per month, including waiter duties if possible)
• Other tasks as directed by the embassy

• An intermediate-level English speaker.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• A diligent and highly responsible individual
• Possess kindness and courtesy
• Confidentiality required

• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in building or garden management
• Experience as a waiter in a formal dining setting

• Work Location: Budapest, Mátyás király út, 1121
• Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (Friday until 17:00),  (Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:00)
• Salary: 427, 000 HUF gross
• 100% performance bonus for one year of continuous service
