• Analyze business requests for new products, services, and internal projects across different departments.
• Create functional requirement specifications and conduct feasibility studies for IT systems and business processes.
• Provide support during project implementation and testing phases.
• Foster strong collaboration between business areas and the Development Department.
• Stay updated on telecom industry trends to help shape business needs.
• Assist in developing the IT roadmap and strategy.
• Support IT experts with business-related queries.

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE/ARE

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• 3+ years experience with information systems and IT project development.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hungarian.
• Understanding of IT system architecture concepts.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for conflict resolution and consensus building.
• Results-driven and focused mindset.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload effectively.

#FLEXIBLEWORKING: Ensuring flexible work arrangements, we all work from home on Fridays. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, we work in the close-to-nature and innovative Yettel House, and during the summer, in our Garden Office. On Mondays, depending on your projects or tasks, we have the option to work either from Yettel House or from home.
