Represents the company in relation with accounting services provider.
JOB PURPOSE:
1. To coordinate financial activities within Hungarian market, covering controlling, outsourced accounting, treasury
2. To implement and further develop the financial analysis in the above market in order to secure that business
KPls are met
3. To secure the financial/business control in the market in order to run the business in accordance with local
legislation and Lixil HQ corporate rules.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Secure financial control in order to ensure compliance with Grohe requirements yearly and local needs, rules and legislations.
- Actively participate and support in the development and implementation of the budget /monthly rolling estimates, in order to secure that the financial objectives are met.
- Analyze and act on financial information (in conjunction with the Leader of the market) in order to initiate and take corrective actions to meet financialobjectives.
- To carry out all month closure processes in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that HQ reporting deadlines are met.
- Prepare and distribute management reports monthly showing actual cost v budget and variance analysis to the management team.
- Provide support to the Leader of Finance to ensure that financial analysis is relevant, accurate and timely to facilitate accurate decision-making.
- Liaise with cost center managers on a monthly basis and acting upon any variances to maintain good budget control.
- Report on the weekly/monthly sales to the management team so that up to date information is available to facilitate accurate decision-making.
- Provide support to the accounts payable to ensure that support is maintained
- To assist Market Leader and Financial Leader with any ad-hoc projects and analysis
1. Studies: Bachelor of Finance or Economics
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the field of Finance
3. Core skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Google Sheets is advantage
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of the local legislation, regulations and taxation system
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- General knowledge of market business
- Fluent in English
- Generic learning skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work with documents
- Planning and organizing operations & activities
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to evaluate and make decisions
