Business Development Manager
Your tasks:
- Market & Business Development: You analyze the Hungarian market, identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to acquire new customers from trade, industry and other sectors. You build long-term customer relationships and actively drive sales growth.
- Contract Negotiations: You lead ans support contract negotiations with both existing and potential customers.
- Project Management & Coordination: You act as the key interface between sales, IT, manufacturers, and customers, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Networking & Market Trends: You stay ahead of industry trends by attending trade fairs and conferences, where you establish valuable business connections.
- Reporting & Strategic Decision-Making: You track progress, monitor budgets and costs, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Educational Background: You have a degree in business administration, a technical field, or several years of experience in IT or technical product sales.
- Professional Experience: You have proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.
- Sales & Communication Skills: You possess a sales-oriented mindset and strong communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and English. German language skills are a plus.
- Work Ethic & Independence: You thrive in an international environment, work independently, and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Customer Relationship Management: You enjoy building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and a structured approach to work come naturally to you.
- Willingness to Travel: You are open to regular business travel (approx. 25%).
