Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager

For more information, please refer the website: www.giga-x.com, We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Manager, who will play a vital role in building our Carbon Emission Solution business from the ground up and driving GigaX Europe’s growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our sales organization in EU from scratch, taking ownership of outreach activities, filling our front funnel, and converting leads into paying customers. This dynamic role will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and project ownership right from the start.
Key Responsibilities
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts in business/industry of ESG, or any related fields
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
- Proceed the cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources.
- Profile strategic accounts identifying decision makers, researching and obtaining business requirements, and preparing and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
- Organize and hold demos, webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and operation team members in HQ (Korea) on strategic sales and onboarding approach to streamline and improve the end-to-end sales cycle, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction
- 5+ year of successful IT B2B sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence in German and English
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Hands-on mentality and a highly ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-responsibility environment
- Able to travel frequently across EU region
- sales experience in PCF (Product Carbon Footprint), LCA (Life Cycle Assessment)
- experience with EV Battery and/or Automotive industry preferred
