Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Administer and maintain HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc. ).

• Support the implementation of new HR applications and system enhancements.

• Manage user access, data security, and ensure system integrity.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR applications.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and perform data audits.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field, or 3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with HR systems (e. g. , Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
