Business intelligence manager
Válasz a hirdetésre, Lead and deliver the category targets within that assigned scope:
- Responsible for the RGM tools regarding the data management and evaluation, monthly updates.
- Update the standard reports for the Management and KA teams (Nielsen, market share, NCD, Flyer, distribution and rotation. )
- Manage the power BI reports regarding sales data and Perfect Store, compiling charts, tables, and other elements of data visualisation.
- Create financial models and P&L calculation to support business decisions.
- Post activity evaluation on customer level. In collaboration with marketing and sales, conduct deep dives, then based on learnings set up a clear promo plan (including price, promo, frequency, and mix), which is aligned to retailer strategy
- Analysing distribution gaps in all channels of the trade and working on plans to increase WD/ND together with sales and marketing team, for all categories.
- Support the commercial teams to grow our Physical Availability KPIs, work proactively on relevant initiatives in order to support sales team in achieving our New Sales KPIs targets.
- Be Presence focused. Lead the identification of risks and opps and collaboratively execute ambitious action plans (TOP SKU’s & NPD)
- Understanding category dynamics, shoppers, trade and retailers to grow Intersnack business. Be Promotion focused, grow category with efficient promo mechanics and Shopper activations.
- University degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Approx. 3-5 years work experience ideally in commercial area in the FMCG (ideally food) experience is a plus
- Passionate and proactive delivering great results through customer partnerships
- Proven experience in customer and business development management
- Thorough understanding of sales, shopper marketing and marketing processes
- Experience with business transformation / change management
- Experience working at a multi-country organisation – ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Positive ‘can do’ approach
- Self-starter with an ambition to get things done
- Strong result orientation with analytical skills
- Good facilitation and communication skills
- Consulting-like behaviour convincing colleagues to contribute without direct hierarchical power
- Sound MS Office skills
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
