Scope of duties:

•  Being part of the business operation team dealing with complex administrative tasks.

•  Preparing contracts (for customers and sub-contractors), employment contracts, CoPs and other documents if necessary.

•  Processing and managing invoices.

•  Providing reports to the management.

•  Collaboration with the sales operations team.

•  Ensuring daily operational routine.

•  Coordinating team building events.

•  Handling incoming calls and emails.

•  Delivering ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

•  English (intermediate or higher level), both written and verbal.

•  Proven experience in similar role.

•  Knowledge of MS Office applications and Kulcs-Soft.

•  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

•  High sense of urgency.

•  Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

•  Ability to work independently.

•  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable (but not essential) experience:

•  Proficiency in CRM software usage (e. g. , Pipedrive).

•  Driving license
