Business Process Owner
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, governance, and optimization of key business processes within the offer management organization. This role ensures that processes align with the company’s strategic objectives, deliver measurable results, and continuously improve in efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. The BPO collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions that meet both current and future business needs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Ownership and Governance
Defines, aligns and revises the current and future ways of working of all offer management activities taking into account the existing and future IT platforms/tools planned in the Group blueprint.
Documents, and maintains ownership of specific business processes.
Ensures processes align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Develops and enforces process governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and control mechanisms.
Process Optimization
Analyzes existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Implements process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
Drives automation and digital transformation opportunities to improve scalability and reduce costs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the main point of contact for process-related issues in Offer Management organization.
Partners with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Marketing and Network Development to ensure seamless execution.
Works closely with ODCG to ensure company regulations are respected.
Work closely with leadership to prioritize process changes that align with business goals.
Change Management
Lead change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools by the organization.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on new processes and updates.
Monitor adoption rates and collect feedback for iterative improvements.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
Establish KPIs and metrics to track process performance and outcomes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure process compliance and identify areas for refinement.
Provide periodic updates to leadership on process performance, challenges, and improvement plans.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business process management, project management, or a related role.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
