Main responsibilities:Join our partners Business Transformation team and take a lead on consulting projects for various field eg. post merger integration services, operating model designs, business process analysis, reengineering, customer experience improvement and IT system implementation.

Main responsibilities:

Perform in-depth process analysis for different client industries

Develop and collect business requirements specifications tailored to clients' needs

Develop robust data flow models for systems and processes

Design, model, and document business processes with utilized industry-standard methods

Required skills:

Degree in the field of Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science or related field

2-3 years of experience in process analysis, business requirements, or data modeling (preferably at a consulting company)

Experience in IT development projects

Fluency in English and Hungarian

Communication & presentation skills

Advanced user level in MS Office tools

Proficiency with UML, BPMN, or equivalent modeling methodologies
