MOL Plc. Human Resources Management MOL / Capability Development MOL organization is seeking for a new intern team member for the following position:

MOL Hungary Capability Development (HR Learning & Development) Intern

Location

Budapest, in our 120 m tall headquarter, MOL Campus where we offer an inspiring, modern, collaborative working environment with numerous smart solutions.

Scope of the position

We are looking for an intern who supports the MOL Hungary Capability development HR team 25-30 hours/week for a period of at least 1 year.

We develop and support program realisation and competency development based on business needs, develop and drive processes from training planning to realization and evaluation plus reporting, cooperate closely with group capability development team, training organizer team and business managers.

Main Tasks

- Support project coordination in various topics

- Data gathering and analytics in on-going projects and regular Learning&Development processes

- Contribute to regular reporting, administrative tasks and processes

- Contribute to decision-making materials creation

- Making translations

- Be a dedicated team member with a sense of ownership and customer focus

Qualifications

- Ongoing University/College studies in Hungary

- Advanced knowledge of English language

- MS Office knowledge: advanced Excel and Power Point usage

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Good problem-solving skills

- Precision

- Good analytical skills
