Catalogue & Pricing Data Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our multinational partner as a Catalogue & Pricing Data Administrator. In this role, you will focus on administrative tasks, working extensively with databases to update prices and related data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage catalogues with accurate pricing schemas
- Update and maintain pricing data
- Handle requests for data creation, updates, or changes
- Perform mass data maintenance tasks
- Ensure customer-specific price lists are up-to-date
- Communicate with stakeholders about request statuses
- Review data for errors and correct them as needed
- Support business review processes and react to escalations promptly
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Enjoys working with data and performing back-office tasks
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient in MS-Office (especially in Excel)
- Precise, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Experienced in administration/handling large amounts of data
