Responsibilities and Tasks

Develop and implement category strategies for Technical and Indirect Spend categories.

Act as Category Subject Matter Expert (SME) and understand stakeholder needs and priorities.

Lead procurement activities from planning to contract signing.

Identify and evaluate new suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and handle escalations.

Participate in investment projects and support CAPEX procurement.

Managing spend and savings data, focusing on TCO.

Handling supply issues and help ensure deliveries meet OTIF targets.

Initiate and manage cost-saving and efficiency projects.

Create industry reports and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and GxP regulations.

Use defined systems and tools (E1, Palette, PowerBI).

This role may involve travel for meetings, events, supplier visits, and trainings.

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Fluency in Hungarian and English (spoken and written).

1-3 years of experience in a similar position.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
