A Client Service Officer position has opened at our prestigious, worldwide-known multinational partner.

The company provides a professional working environment for junior candidates. In this position, you will manage the background processes of clients' investments with your high-quality assistance.

As a Client Service Officer, your tasks will be:

Managing the client lifecycle after sales with opening accounts, managing contracts, assisting with invoicing, and providing reporting support.

Contributing to investment services by assisting with trades and supplying fund information.

Participating in potential operational enhancement projects like data clean up, report automation or process automation.

Handling administrative tasks such as recurring internal tasks or process documentation.

What you will need to succeed:

Fundamental knowledge with 1–3 years of experience.

Understanding capital markets is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills with professional clients in English.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a quick learning attitude.

Strong teamwork skills.

Project management experience is a plus.
