Ensure cost transparency for components and processes

Find cost down potentials in serial and new projects

Conduct cost evaluation, consulting, and support for basic and preliminary development

Support the purchasing department in price negotiations

Standardize cost analysis across the product portfolio/commodities

Develop tools (e. g. , cycle time calculator, parametric evaluation models) to increase efficiency Requirements / Elvárások

Technical or business studies (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering)

Experience in Cost Engineering for more than 2 years for Plastic & Elastomer Parts

Experience with value analysis and cost analysis projects, preferably in the automotive industry is a plus

Strong analytical skills and interests

Business fluent in English; other languages are an advantage

Expertise in Siemens TcPCM would be beneficial

Cost Engineering Experiences in other mechanical technologies (e. g. Punched & Bent, machining, …)

Certification as a Value Engineer is an advantage

Experience working in cross-functional teams
