• At least 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with broader HR experience being a plus.
• University degree in HR, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian are required; any additional languages are beneficial.
  
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  
• Familiarity with Mercer or similar compensation methodologies is a plus.
  
• Proactive and customer-oriented, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  
• Excellent communication skills with experience in advising managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
