As a Compliance Expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal policies, overseeing compliance administration, and supporting training sessions within the AutoWallis Group. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and integrity, capable of navigating diverse regulatory and corporate requirements and contributing to key areas like risk management, ESG, and ISO standards compliance.

Your tasks will be:

• Prepare, update, and ensure the clarity of internal policies and processes, including the creation of process flowcharts, and assist in the approval and publication processes.
• Review compliance aspects of processes and common practices across AutoWallis Group’s subsidiaries.
• Conduct compliance administration tasks (maintain schedules, track completed tasks, prepare internal reports, and document compliance and risk management meetings).
• Participate in organizing training sessions and prepare summaries for compliance-related e-learning materials and Compliance Newsletters.
• Coordinate annual policy reviews and address risks identified by internal audits.
• Support the Risk Management Committee and aid in implementing ESG-related tasks.
• Engage actively in developing areas such as business continuity, employee health and safety, business ethics, and compliance culture.
• Assist in compliance investigations and ensure adherence to ISO standards (37001, 31000/31010, 27001).

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (MSc preferred) with a legal background or Law degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in compliance, internal audit, statutory audit, or process development.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
• CEE regional experience is an advantage.
• Proven integrity and reliability, adept at handling confidential information.
• Focused and analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools; auditor certifications (ISO 37001, 31000/31010, 27001) are a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and comfort with conducting trainings.
• Driver's license (Category B).
