Lead and oversee the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Prepare progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders
Collect information of local contractors and subcontracting resources in other countries Elvárások / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction
Hungarian speaker with fluent English skills
Familiar with Hungarian construction regulations and standards, strong understanding of Hungarian construction practices
Relevant professional license (FMV) is required
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
