Your new role
Keep running applications for lottery companies
• Monitoring lottery system components and events
• Fullfil service requests for the customers
• Execute recurring daily operational tasks
• Troubleshooting application problems and outages according to documentation
• Handle, register and follow up incoming request/incidents
• Constant communication and support to involved resolver units and partners
• Reporting
• Participate in calls in case of outage
• Preparing/making presentations for clients and introducing/teaching system functions to
colleagues through internal training, if required
What you'll need to succeed
- You are able to provide professional high quality support to customers in 24/7 shifts (3x8 hours)
• You have adequate communication skills, solution focused mind and strong team spirit
• You have experience in working with ITSM ticketing systems, and in IT operations
• You are familiar with ITIL processes
• You have IT attitude, willingness to learn new systems
• You are open to continuously extend your professional skills
• You are stress resistant, team player
Additional requirement, at least of the below list:
• Have knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
• Basic networking backgrounds (TCP/IP)
• Basic database (SQL) knowledge
• Scripting skills (Perl, PHP, Bash, Python or anything similar)
• Several years‘ relevant experience in IT application operation
• Bachelor degree is an advantage
