Our emerging business partner is seeking a new Contract Claim Specialist colleague with native Chinese and fluent English knowledge. If you have experience in contract management and enjoy negotiating with partners, this exciting opportunity is for you!

In this role, you will drive excellence by leading contract negotiations and ensuring seamless contract

management throughout the entire lifecycle.

Collaboration & Negotiation

Partner with the legal team to negotiate and finalize contract agreements.

Provide strategic insights and guidance during contract signing to ensure optimal outcomes.

Contract Management & Coordination

Act as the primary liaison with budget team members during contract execution to handle

amendments, claims, and counterclaims.

Maintain comprehensive ledgers tracking contract changes, reasons for alterations, and any

resulting impacts on costs, timelines, or scope.

Lead and participate in negotiations concerning contract disputes, ensuring swift and fair

resolutions.

Review & Reporting

Conduct post-contract reviews and summarize outcomes to provide valuable insights and future

recommendations.

Prepare thorough summary reports to reflect on learnings and drive continuous improvement. Elvárások / Requirements

Strong proficiency in English and Hungarian

Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing contract claims or related functions

Solid understanding of the full workflow involved in managing contract claims

Great communication and negotiaiton skills

Proactive and assertive personality

Advanced knowledge of MS Office
