Contract manager - REF3394K Job Description management and maintenance of, as well as continuous follow up on frame contracts and relating risk checklists Support in proposal and contract drafting, negotiations, preparing guiding documents, conducting relating contract risk assessment (risk checklist) with other expert areas Advisor for other units and suppliers on frame contract related issues Maintenance of customer contract information in internal databases (e. g. Salesforce, SAP) Qualifications C1 level English & German language skillsLegal background, - either final years of legal studies and/or experience in the fieldKnowledge and use of legal contextExcellent communication, negotiation and organizing skillsGROW mindset, can-do attitude, ability to see things in a holistic viewAbility to work independently and in a team as wellAffinity for finance aspects related to the proposalKnowledge of CRM systems (e. g.
