Contract Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with the legal team
- Manage contract execution, amendments, and claims
- Track contract changes and their impacts on costs, timelines, and scope
- Resolve contract disputes quickly and fairly
- Review contracts post-execution and provide insights for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Advanced MS Office skills
- 3-4 years of experience in contract management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Advantages:
- Certifications in relevant areas
- Knowledge of Chinese language
- Ability to work well in teams and independently
