Contract Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with the legal team
Manage contract execution, amendments, and claims
Track contract changes and their impacts on costs, timelines, and scope
Resolve contract disputes quickly and fairly
Review contracts post-execution and provide insights for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Advanced MS Office skills
3-4 years of experience in contract management
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Advantages:
Certifications in relevant areas
Knowledge of Chinese language
Ability to work well in teams and independently
