Your new role

Participation in property development and renovation projects, as well as engineering tasks such as property audits and condition assessments.

Acquiring, recording and updating construction market prices.

Continuous liaison and collaboration with partners to determine, monitor, and forecast project costs.

Preparing reports and presentations on participant selection, costs, cash flow, financial risks, and guarantees.

Participating in project preparation tasks, coordinating and directing activities, and administering project costs according to company standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in architecture or civil engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel), Terc

Fluent English language skills
