Feladatok:

Deal promptly with customer disputes/issues in order to secure payments and follow the escalation path

Assist with the chargeback resolution process by investigating and resolving chargeback disputes

Support collection activities by following up on outstanding payments and coordinating with

customers

Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Analyze financial data and present insights to the finance team

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Collaborate with finance team members on special projects and initiatives

Perform other administrative tasks as required

Compliance with all relevant Credit Management related and QMS/EMS policies

Elvárások:

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months from on-boarding

Any kind of financial/economic (Bachelor's or Master Degree) studies

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications

Excellent and assertive communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good time management
