Be part of our professional Consolidation Team! The Financial Service Center of MOL Group is seeking a highly skilled Group Consolidation Expert to join our dynamic and collaborative environment.

Scope of the Position:

In this role, you will manage accounting and reporting tasks in compliance with IFRS and internal regulations, provide data to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the reconciliation and review of data received from subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate in the preparation of MOL Group's annual and interim consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

Assist in reviewing subsidiaries’ reporting packages and post consolidation adjustments during month-end closings.

Ensure compliance with MOL Group’s IFRS-based accounting policies and oil & gas industry best practices.

Document consolidation and reporting processes.

Recommend and implement consolidation process improvements.

Collaborate regularly across various teams and functions, including controlling and group reporting.

Actively contribute to the external audit of MOL Group.

Participate in efficiency and innovation projects on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

University or college degree in Finance or Accounting.

Experience with IFRS and knowledge of consolidation.

Strong understanding of international accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand complex accounting transactions and processes.

Strong team collaboration, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Advantages:

Previous experience working with SAP systems.

ACCA certification.

IFRS Auditor or IFRS Chartered Accountant certification.
