Your tasks will be:
The Customer/Vendor Relationship Specialist (aka Program Manager) manages Customer relationship(s) and fulfillment for assigned Inventory Logistics Management (ILM) account(s)
Grows relationships with Buyers and other key Customer personnel.
Oversees supply chain including manages key vendor relationships, guarantees parts are ordered timely to insure
Customer on-time delivery, owns execution on deflationary efforts, drives process improvements, ensures prompt payment on invoicing.
Leads cost-saving initiatives.
Services Customer’s Kanban and consignment inventory programs.
Supports Purchasing activities: Customer forecast and coordination.
Owns Sourcing role for low SKU spot RFQ-s.
Provides technical and product knowledge support to supplier and Customer base with the internal support of Sourcing and Quality Department.
Works to constantly improve fulfilment processes.
Coordinates Quarterly Excess/Dead Stock discussions with the Customer to ensure account is properly maintained.
Works closely with Commercial Team to achieve growth objectives.
Manages Customer order entry and management into the company ERP and related Program Manager
Administration tasks.
Monthly and weekly reporting to local top management.
Supports Commercial team in developing and maintaining framework and strategic agreements with Customer.
Works closely with Quality team to respond on quality related topics with the Customer.
Gives directions to the Procurement Team according to Customer priorities and internal analysis.
Supports Finance Team in achieving Account Receivables collection goals.
This position will require occasional business travel to Customers sites.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Logistics, Commercial, Economics, Engineering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and Customer service background / mind-set
Entrepreneurial self-starter with a high degree of self-confidence, passion, initiative, and a commitment to teamwork and Customer service.
Proficient computer skills (in Excel & PowerPoint) and preferred knowledge in ERP systems.
Ability to drive results without a great deal of direct supervision.
Fluent English & Hungarian language speaking & writing skills, knowledge on other European languages are an advantage
Recent and/or 2-3 years of work experience in similar position and/or industry.
