As Customer Facing Effectiveness Specialist within Go To Market Capabilities (GTMC) Team, you’ll will continuously work with Country/region leaders and field force to deliver the value and insights as true partner in enabling business growth. You will foster partnerships and close collaboration between cross-functional teams (i. e. Marketing, Medical, GTMC, Digital, Procurement, P&C, and Finance) and drive structured ways of working between teams to provide maximum value to business teams, field forces, and our external customers.
Main responsibilities:Support driving of Customer Facing Effectiveness and optimal field resources deployment
cross Business Units in alignment with strategic corporate imperatives. Support implementation of global policies, internal controls, and process guidance’s to boost standardization and simplification: field activity management, incentives, target setting, customer segmentation and targeting, field design and resource allocation. Support tracking of field effectiveness through KPIs and tools. Collaborate with other GTMC pillars, Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Digital to avoid any fragmented solution. Collaborate for the co-building of transformation programs (e. g. AI programs, new tools etc. ). Ensure delivery of best-in-class and best-in-cost support to our businesses and respective field forces. Collect, share and act respectively on key local challenges and bottlenecks.
About youExperience
:
Experience working on positions supporting field force operations (Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Sales Force performance assessment or similar)Proven delivery of outstanding results and/or projects.
Personal Characteristics:
High persistency and resilience, hands-on, accountability, creativity, initiative, stress management, learning agility, result orientation, ability to work on one’s own, continuous improvement, listening skills. Soft and Technical skills
:
good analytical skills;Strong with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), BI tools (e. g. , PowerBI), AI Tools (e. g. , CoPilot)Ability to work on their own initiative and make quality decisions;Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate (including cross culture communication), present, persuade and argument among all teams and partners;Has well-developed time management skills, mastering in prioritizing tasks and planning own workloads to ensure deadlines and desired results are met.
Education
: Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Sales Management, Computer Science or a similar fieldLanguages
: Local language (Hungarian, or Ukrainian), excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
