Customer Integration Lead EMEA
The company is a global leader in cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, enabling businesses to streamline operations and drive growth. As part of its expansion, it is seeking an experienced EMEA Professional Services Leader to oversee Pilots and Integration projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer success, demonstrates strategic leadership, and excels in managing diverse global teams, playing a key role in transforming SaaS onboarding and shaping the future of cloud technology.
Main responsibilities:We are seeking a motivated Professional Services Leader for EMEA to oversee customer delivery projects and ensure high-quality service that meets customer expectations. This role involves managing critical integrations of our SaaS solutions with third-party systems and POS applications, while shaping and delivering key services like project management, consultancy, training, and onboarding.
Build, mentor, and manage a global team of project managers, consultants, and trainers to deliver exceptional customer onboarding and services.
Lead strategies for smooth and efficient customer onboarding, including system integration and training.
Ensure successful customer implementations by managing timelines, scope, and quality through the project managers.
Oversee seamless integration of SaaS solutions with third-party systems, ensuring performance and data accuracy.
Develop training programs to maximize user adoption and satisfaction with the SaaS platform.
Work with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to align on customer needs and drive improvements.
Required skills:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in software services, including 5+ years in global team leadership.
Strong understanding of SaaS models and delivery.
Proven success in leading complex projects' implementations.
Extensive experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, and data sync.
Skilled in designing and delivering effective training programs.
Familiarity with implementing Single Sign-On solutions.
Ability to lead and develop diverse, global teams.
Strong ability to turn objectives into actionable plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for engaging with stakeholders.
Advantages:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certifications.
Previous SaaS Product Experience
Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud computing and SaaS delivery
