Case handling, addressing inquiries, complaints, and various customer-related issues
Assisting customers in placing orders efficiently
Providing support in managing customs documents, with the opportunity for learning and improvement
Handling customer inquieries, especially on the Polish or Italian market Elvárások / Requirements
Excellent English and Polish or Italian language knowledge
Previous Customer service experience is an advantage but not a must
Customer-oriented mindset
Great communication and organization skills
Reliable personality who can cooperate well
