- Proven experience as a technical Customer Service Representative or IT Helpdesk
- Solid knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills and fluent in German OR Italian OR French
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Keen interest in staying updated with the latest technology trends.
