Danish speaking Customer Service Representative
Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)
Checking incoming information about client contracts, pricing, etc.
Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
Cooperating with other departments (e. g. sales)
- Contribute in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure
Our business partner is looking for a new Danish speaking Customer Service Representative colleague. If you are interested in the field of Customer Care and working in a fast paced environment and you have excellent communication and problem solving skills then our offer is for you!
Full professional proficiency in English and Danish are a must (written and spoken)
- Strong customer services experience (minimum 1-2 years) within a fast paced, corporate environment
Ability to keep deadlines whilst identifying errors and recommend process enhancements
You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
Problem solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and illustrate ideas clearly and concisely
