Main responsibilities:Create and enhance an interactive and user-friendly analytical framework through standard dashboards, KPIs and reports to monitor efficiencies, deviations, process adherence to provide actionable insightsGuarantee adoption and deep understanding within the organization. Teach and train impacted users to democratize data usageProvide a first level of analysis providing insights to the Global Process leads, Business system owner and Hubs teams to answer to key business questionsTranslating business needs to Power BI visualization, draft user stories into tasks for developersResponsible for collection, analysis, and translation of data to drive business performance, with a significant focus on ensuring data governance is implemented to maintain data quality, classification, privacy, and compliance. Connect data-related issues with their business impacts, and make decisions regarding the data assets' quality, access and usage. Ensure data governance is implemented to maintain data quality, classification, privacy, and compliance. Assist in the resolution of definition conflicts within and between processesEnsure data quality rules are applied to each data assetChampion resolution (at source) to address quality issues and liaise with other DML's on cross-functional/cross-process data management related issuesensure data assets are secured based on classification and attribute level where applicableReview data sharing within and across processesMaintain high quality, consistent and accurate master and reference data within andbetween processes, systems and applications where applicableEnsure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various internal and external sources

About youExperience

:At least 6 -10 years´ experience in Analytics or similarStrong knowledge of at least one of the following processes: customer master data, order management, claims managementGood business acumenStrong problem solving and analytical skills

Soft and technical skills

:Excellent stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skillsSelf-starter, initiative-taker, and ability to work independently under pressure and deliver high level of customer serviceStrong problem solving, deductive and analytical skillsAbility to train, promote, and develop clear and concise presentationsHands-on experience of Power BI, RPA is criticalSolid SAP knowledge is a mustExperience of Agile working ways, knowledge on Jira / Confluence is an advantage

Languages

:Excellent English written and verbal, knowledge of any other European languages is advantageous
