
Delivery Manager (Consumer & Card)

Do you have high-level result & leadership management view, project management and system implementation experiences IT vendor management in multinational environment?
Then your place is here with US as a Delivery Manager (Consumer&Card) based in Budapest MOL Campus. Responsibilities:
Managing the Business Partnering activities in the Consumer Services and Card business domains, including the
relevant OpCos. Establishing and sustaining the cooperation with the relevant business units via regular and structured information sharing.
Responsible for the implementation of the business, functional and information strategy of MOL Group within the given organization
- Responsible to co-ordinate and check professional and cost-effective implementation of information technology solutions that effectively address business requirements and change requests and support the development of effective business processes and ensure the integration into the IT operation.
- Take part in professional assessment of application development and implementation service providers, contribute to the definition of information technology conditions of co-operation. Manage hybrid agile development teams for supporting relevant business programs, projects, and products. With his/her team
o Support the application design, testing tasks and user training courses, ensure adequate professional support to users and delivery of solutions to application operation and infrastructure operation.
o Manage and continuously collect business demands and channel them into the proper implementation activities (product backlog, project, or program initiatives)
o Supervise the delivery related targets in the Consumer Service and Card area following the international technological trends, identifying the best practices and implementing them.
o Identify the vendor pool, support, and participate in group level procurement processes incl. supplier selection, defining contractual terms & conditions to have quality deliveries.
- Support the yearly and regular CAPEX planning activities in the Consumer Services and Card area. Collecting, reviewing, and agreeing on the business demands and ensuring the quality assurance of the detailed documentations.
o Proactively driving the regular service review activities together with the business counterparts and the IT delivery organizations to show a clear and understandable overview about the performance and the results of the IT related activities.
Lead the team by monitoring performance and time management with the help of corporate tools, define goals and development plans for employees and provide frequent feedback to team members on performance and improvement areas, and also establish proper internal/external resources and the succession path in the team.
- Responsible for OPEX and CAPEX related to his/her organizational unit
- Execute additional management tasks on Consumer Service and Card Delivery requested by direct manager Requirements: University or college degree on IT or economics, or in the relevant Business area.
Minimum 7-10 years professional experiences, minimum 5 years management experiences
Project management incl. system implementation experiences (complex systems with high number of users), IT vendor management preferably in multinational experience
Stakeholder management with great communicational skills both in Hungaroan and English What we offer:
