Background:
Intersnack has launched an exciting, centrally driven initiative called Project One, designed to transform and harmonize business processes across all company units. The goal is to implement standardized ways of working, supported by a new, unified ERP system—Infor M3—which will replace the current DYNAMICS system. This transformation will streamline operations, boost efficiency, and ensure consistency across all Intersnack regions. By adopting the latest ERP technologies, Intersnack is enhancing collaboration and driving smoother processes across multiple markets.
Role Objective:
As the Demand Planning & Inventory Process Lead, you will drive the deployment of Project One within Hungary’s Supply Chain, aligning local practices with project goals to ensure smooth transitions and process optimization. As a change agent, you’ll overcome resistance by using positive, persuasive communication, building buy-in and confidence across teams as they adapt to new processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead INFOR M3 Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of supply chain process implementation, focusing on Demand Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management, ensuring alignment with Project One’s goals.
- Local Requirement Management: Define and communicate local requirements, ensuring compliance and alignment with overall project objectives, while bridging any gaps between Project One’s processes and local practices.
- Demand Planning and Inventory Expertise: Act as the key problem-solver and expert for Project One in Hungary, maintaining clear communication across finance, IT, and Project One teams.
- Drive Process Improvements: Lead optimizations in Demand Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Project Task Oversight and Support: Coordinate project tasks, including data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-Go-Live support to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
- Training and Change Management: Deliver training, foster user engagement, and encourage adoption of new processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and ERP environments (Infor M3 a strong advantage).
- Project and Change Management: Proactive approach to overseeing complex tasks and facilitating team transitions.
- Excel Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis with advanced Excel capabilities, along with the full Microsoft 365 suite.
- Adaptable and Motivated: Solution-oriented, proactive, and motivated to tackle challenges independently.
- Strong Communicator: Fluent in Hungarian and English, able to explain complex concepts effectively.
- Flexible and Willing to Travel: Up to 60% on-site presence required.
