We're also proud that some of the products you've looked at Árukereső are now not only available to compare, but also to buy! This is the online product Árukereső Marketplace, developed by two teams - focusing on B2B and B2C tasks.
We are looking for that one professional for the Marketplace B2B team who is experienced in the required technologies, has some people management skills and speaks English on a strong conversational level.
The purpose of this role is to lead and guide a team of developers, managing people-related topics, and leading activities across the entire delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Managing people-related topics (personal development, coaching, mentoring, providing feedback, goals setting, career planning/promoting, hiring, onboarding, budget related tasks);
- Ensures that the team actively and regularly observes and improves their metrics;
- Makes an impact on the tech community and is active beyond the company's borders;
- Technical Ownership - doing code reviews, participating in technical decisions, and doing hands-on coding;
- Cooperation on research, proof of concepts;
- Present the numbers and the progression of the team on Gang meetings;
- Close collaboration with Tech Head of Tribe, Product Manager, Scrum Master, UX, Tech Leads, Team Leads, HR, Tech Community Manager.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Developer, working with the required technologies;
- 1 or 2 years of experience in people management;
- Experience with the required tech stack:
- PHP,
- Laravel,
- MySQL,
- Redis,
- RabbitMQ,
- Strong, conversational level of English (at least B2) in both written and spoken;
- Owning the soft skills that make you a perfect candidate: team player, communicative, positive attitude, willing to learn new things, seek improvements, goal-oriented mindset.
- Relevant, completed higher education;
- Experience gained in similar field (e-commerce, online);
- Experience in the following tools:
- Grafana/Loki,
- Python,
- React/TypeScript,
- Kubernetes,
- Terraform.
- Hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the office is necessary (during the probation time it is 3 days/week);
