We are seeking a DevOps Engineer Lead to join our engineering team and drive innovation, performance, and reliability in our infrastructure.

As the DevOps Lead Engineer, you will take ownership of Mozio's infrastructure, ensuring it is high-performing, cost-effective, secure, and aligned with modern best practices. You will collaborate closely with our development teams to optimize our CI/CD pipelines, enhance deployment processes, and build tools to improve efficiency. What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in a DevOps or related role.  
• Strong expertise in AWS, Linux, Docker, Git, and Python.  
• Familiarity with tools like RabbitMQ and frameworks such as Celery.  
• Deep understanding of microservices architectures and containerized environments.  
• Fluent English 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.  
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
