Digital Activation Specialist (Crop Science)
JOB PURPOSETHE DAS ROLE IS ESSENTIAL FOR ACTIVATING GROWER ACCOUNTS AND PROVIDING TRAINING TO BOTH INTERNAL TEAMS AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING FARMERS AND DISTRIBUTION SALES TEAMS. THE FOCUS IS ON ENSURING NECESSARY EQUIPMENT CONNECTIVITY AND LEVERAGING DATA LAYERS TO MAXIMIZE THE VALUE OF FIELDVIEW PLUS SOLUTIONS. BY ENHANCING CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT, THE DAS WILL DRIVE THE ADOPTION OF SEED, FERTILITY, AND CROP PROTECTION SOLUTIONS. DISTRICT: North-East Sub SquadKEY TASKS * What you do is drive Climate FieldView user activation and engagement across the country or country group.
* What you do is develop and execute the annual business planning process, including data streaming objectives in coordination with the Digital Business Manager (DBM).
* What you do is execute the business strategy to achieve hectare penetration, farmer adoption, active use, and retention rates.
* What you do is enable FieldView connection to core activities linked to Bayer Seed and Crop Protection footprint.
* What you do is collaborate effectively with the EMEA Business Operations Team or CAM to ensure the availability of necessary tools for customer activation and engagement.
* What you do is ensure the best farm experience with FieldView tools, aligning with the CAM or Bayer country group strategy from onboarding to utilization of the platform.
* What you do is work in partnership across Bayer Commercial leads/teams as the account activation lead aligned with specific sales regions.
* What you do is build close relationships with partner sales organizations/dealers, helping them become experts and advocates of Climate FieldView.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Agri-Business, Ag-Economics, Agronomy, or Ag-Sciences, or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in precision agriculture or related fields.
* Strong knowledge of precision ag equipment, including OEM Monitor and ISOBUS technology.
* Familiarity with the agricultural supply chain and Bayer's product offerings.
* Proven experience in developing and training retail or dealer channels.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presentations.
* Hungarian is a must / English beneficial at communicative level
* Proficient in value-based selling and articulating unique value propositions. , Job PurposeThe DAS role is essential for activating Grower accounts and providing training to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including farmers and distribution sales teams. The focus is on ensuring necessary equipment connectivity and leveraging data layers to maximize the value of FieldView Plus solutions.
