About the Role:

As Group Procurement Digital Delivery Lead Expert, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the implementation of a standardized procurement IT system landscape across our global operations. Your expertise in project management, procurement IT systems, and cross-functional collaboration will be pivotal in enabling procurement growth, enhancing process efficiency, and fostering greater data transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and support the implementation of cutting-edge procurement IT technologies, managing the full project lifecycle from design to change management.

Collaborate with IT teams and software vendors to ensure the successful selection, design, and integration of new procurement IT systems.

Foster harmonization of procurement systems across the organization to drive maximum transparency and data accessibility.

Monitor the status and performance of digital project deliveries and provide regular progress reports.

Prepare and deliver end-user training materials, including manuals and videos, while training trainers and users.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: University degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years in IT system operation, development, design, and implementation projects. Prior experience in procurement IT systems and applications is highly preferred. Experience in procurement operation, sourcing, category management or operative procurement is preferred.

Skills:

Strong project management and change management capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

Familiarity with SAP R/3 MM, SRM, SAP Ariba, and procurement IT solutions.

Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Languages: Excellent proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Travel: Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
