Scope of the position:
Join our dynamic team as an Digital Enablement and Innovation Expert, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch digital quality and user experience across our Downstream operations. You'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation and supporting the achievement of strategic targets for DS Digital.
Your tasks will be:
Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital quality methods, master data management frameworks, and data governance processes.
Ensure the highest standards of digital quality by overseeing digital development and verifying deliverables for compliance.
Coordinate the planning and measurement of digital quality, fostering continuous improvement across Downstream operations.
Contribute to high-impact, cross-business projects with a focus on digital quality and user experience standards.
Explore and optimize our application portfolio to minimize operational risks and enhance decision-making quality.
Create Power Platform solutions to support reporting and business processes.
We are looking for you if you have:
A University or College degree in business, management, engineering, IT, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in digitalization and digital transformation projects and creating digital solutions (reporting, process automation, application).
Expertise in digitalization, strategy implementation, SAP S4/HANA, and Power Platform experience is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinking and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
